EUREKA: International X.25 backbone network for COSINE
The EUREKA Project COSINE (Cooperation for Open Systems Interconnection Networking In Europe) invites complete or partial tenders for services towards providing an international X.25 interconnect backbone network service linking packet-switched public data networks and private research networks in the COSINE member countries. It is expected that the initial contract will be for three years of service.
