The European Commission has issued an invitation to tender for the archiving and distribution of electronic documents.

The tender will be divided into four lots as follows:

- Lot 1 digitisation;

- Lot 2 archiving;

- Lot 3 distribution;

- Lot 4 archiving and distribution.

Depending on the quality and financial terms of the tenders received, it is envisaged that either lots 2 and 3, or lot 4, will be awarded.
