Opinions adopted by the Economic and Social Committee at its 304th plenary session of 24.3.1992 include: - An Opinion on the modification of the proposal for a Council Regulation (EEC) concerning the affixing and use of the CE mark of conformity on industrial products, inter alia relating to electromagnetic compatibility (89/336/EEC) and telecommunications terminal equipment (91/263/EEC) and also with regard to the modules for the various phases of the conformity assessment procedures(90/683/EEC); - An Opinion on the proposal for a Council recommendation on access to continuing vocational training (OJ No C 23 of 27.1.1993). In general, the Committee emphasizes the importance of developing and expanding continuing training and improving its accessibility, and approves the Commission proposal in the interests of workers, employers and the competitiveness of national economies and the European Economic Area.
