The third fixed deadline call for proposals for the Fifth Framework programme's Competitive and Sustainable Growth programme has now been launched by the Research Directorate-General.

This call addresses the following parts of the Work Programme:

- Key Action for innovative products, processes and organisation (indicative budget 70 million euro);

- Key Action sustainable mobility and intermodality (indicative budget 102 million euro);

- Key Action land transport and marine technologies, (indicative budget 2 million euro);

- Key Action new perspectives in aeronautics (indicative budget 5 million euro);

- generic activities 1A and 1B (indicative budget 80 million euro) and generic activity 2 (indicative budget 1 million euro).
