Protection of outside workers from ionizing radiation
This Directive (90/641/Euratom) is to supplement Directive 80/836/Euratom in order to optimize at Community level the protection arrangements for outside workers performing activities in controlled areas. It sets out the obligations of Member States competent authorities, those of outside undertakings and operators plus those of outside workers in this area. Member States shall bring laws, regulations and provisions into force to comply with this Directive not later than December 1993.
