The search facility on the CORDIS IST web pages has been enhanced to help locate specific information on IST projects. A free text search facility has been added to the 'IST Projects' page at: URL: http://cordis.europa.eu/ist/projects.htm This enables users to search with single or multiple keywords which may be combined with pre-defined keywords such as the projects' acronyms. With this facility, hits are restricted to the project's fact sheets - providing a quicker, more focused search tool for users focusing on the projects. Guidance on the best ways of searching can be obtained by clicking on 'free text', located next to the search box. Broad free text search facilities covering the entire web site (including project presentations) remain available, from the 'Search ISTweb' button included on the footer of every page.
