FLAIR-Flow Europe documents
FLAIR is an on-going research and development programme of the European Community on food quality, food safety and nutrition/wholesomeness. It has a budget of ECU 25 million and includes 33 transnational research projects. FLAIR-Flow Europe (F-FE) is one of the projects in the programme and helps to disseminate information from the other 32 projects to the food industry, health professionals and consumer groups. A series of single page technical documents, tailored in layman's language, are now available from this project.
