The European Commission has launched a call for proposals under the promotion of innovation and encouragement of SME participation programme (part of the Fifth Framework Programme).

Organisations eligible to participate are invited to submit proposals which address the following parts of the work programme: 'intellectual property' and 'access to private innovation financing'. The types of indirect action covered by the call are thematic networks and accompanying measures.

The indicative budget available for this call is 15 million euro of Community contribution.

Potential participants are reminded to consult the Official Journal of the European Communities for further information on this call. Information on how to prepare and submit proposals is given in the Guide for Proposers.
