The Statistical office of the European Communities, Eurostat, seeks statistical services in the field of income, poverty and social exclusion and the new instrument on income and living conditions, replacing the European Community household panel (the ECHP).

It is calling for tenders in five lots:

- Lot 1: the new instrument on income and living conditions replacing the ECHP - the questionnaire and related concepts/classifications;

- Lot 2: methodological manual on income statistics for EU Member States;

- lot 3: social reporting: second report on income poverty and social exclusion in the European Union;

- Lot 4: the new instrument on income and living conditions replacing the ECHP - the sample;

- Lot 5: methodological assistance for the development of the new instrument on income replacing the ECHP.

Tenderers may tender for one, more, or all of these lots.
