The European Commission is inviting tenders for a study on the implementation of number portability, carrier selection and pre-selection. As part of the work, the study should analyse and describe the present situations in the EU Member States for implementation of number portability and carrier selection/pre-selection and examine the situation in selected other countries and regions, in particular, the USA, Australia and Japan.
