E-Seville network
The Commission has announced an open procedure for the provision of services for the 'European science and technology observatory' (ESTO) network. The mission of the network is to monitor and analyse scientific and technological developments, thereby supporting policy developments. It will have access to broad areas of expertise and will be balanced between active and reactive modes of participation. The information will largely cover European countries, but will also take in information from other countries worldwide. The estimated budget for the provision of services is nine million euro over five years and any consortium submitting to this tender must be made up of at least 10 members. Tenderers are invited to tender for the complete service, as the tender is not divided into lots.
