Study into mobility of researchers required
The Commission has issued a call for tenders for a study looking into the international mobility patterns of researchers. This will look at flows from one country to another and also the factors which influence this movement. The call comes as part of the programme for 'Improving human potential and the socio-economic knowledge base', under the Fifth Framework Programme and is made in the context of the Commission's communication 'Towards a European research area'.
