Co-operation strategies with individual countries to be evaluated
The Commission wishes to place a contract under which independent expertise will be provided for the evaluation of the Commission's strategies and policies which form the basis for its co-operation with individual selected countries. The countries involved will be identified at a later date. For this evaluation contract, the tenderer will nominate two key experts who will be responsible throughout for the satisfactory management and quality of the work. The tenderer (single entity or consortium) should have access to experts who will be made available on request.
