Finding innovation's perfect environment
The 'European trend chart on innovation' published under the Innovation/SMEs programme of the Fifth Framework programme (FP5) is now available in both print and web version, with the latter being updated every six months. The publication is divided into several key sectors: - science-industry: a key interface in the innovation system - creation and growth of innovative enterprises - framework conditions conducive to innovation - new roles for innovation policy It takes in the various initiatives of the Member States in these sectors and provides a breakdown giving relative positions.
