The Community of Madrid joins the CORDIS Regional service
CORDIS, the Community Research and Development Information Service, welcomes a new region, the Community of Madrid, to its regional gateway. With 11 universities, more than 40 public research centers and the largest number of science parks in Spain, Madrid region offers a new window on its innovation-related infrastructures, services and activities. Developed jointly by the Innovation Relay Center in Madrid, the 'Comunidad de Madrid' and its representation in Brussels, the service provides a wide coverage on regional key actors and participation in European programmes. A list of links offers a further in-depth view on major innovation-related initiatives in the Spanish region and provides an easy means of locating more of its information and contacts. The regional research and innovation service enables regions to promote their innovation-related infrastructures, services and activities. More than 20 European regions are already promoting their profiles via CORDIS at the second of the web addresses below.
