The European Commission has announced a delay in the publication of the call for proposals for indirect RTD actions under the specific programme for research, technological development and demonstration on improving the human-research potential and the socio-economic knowledge base.

The call, which was initially foreseen for 15 December 2000 will now be published on 16 January 2001.
