Innovative actions planned by Commission
The European Commission adopts its Communication on 'implementing innovative actions: a plan for the European Social Fund for the period 2000 -2006'on 4 January. The Communication describes how the Commission will consult with the ESF Committee and European Parliament before developing innovation and experimentation, complementarity, partnership, transnational cooperation and equal opportunities.
