On 18 December 1990 the Commission decided to establish a new Community initiative in support of transnational vocational training measures (EUROFORM). Member States are offered joint financing possibilities to promote transnational partnerships between public or private bodies aiming to integrate vocational training in a Community dimension, promote skills and advance adjustment to technological changes. The Community shall also reinforce programmes such as EUROTECNET, FORCE, LEDA, ERGO and PETRA. Guidelines for the establishment of operational programmes and/or global grants are set forth in the Official Journal. The total contribution from the Structural Funds during the period 1990-1993 is estimated at ECU 300 million.Correspondence should be addressed to: Mr. J.
