DG XII new publication on measurements and testing
The first number of a new DG XII publication, Measurements & Testing Newsletter, has recently been published. This first issue gives a summary of the recent achievements (1992) obtained in the framework of the BCR programme as well as an outline of the measurements and testing programme (1992-1994) as defined within the Third Framework Programme. It also includes a list of contact persons for the programme in each Member State and within the Commission. This newsletter is to appear three times a year.
