ESA presents successful SMEs
The European Space Agency (ESA) is to present a successful small and medium sized enterprise (SME) every month on its web site, thus demonstrating how SMEs can achieve outstanding results through their participation in ESA programmes. All companies selected will have successfully completed a contract with ESA and will have used the experience gained to strengthen their competitiveness in Europe, and often worldwide. The initiative aims to demonstrate the successes of SMEs in the space business as well as the potential benefits to be gained by working with ESA. All SMEs included in the list of ESA potential tenders will be invited to take part in the initiative. Initially, two small SMEs from Belgium and Switzerland will be presented. Each of the organisations has, within its field, managed to create and benefit from a series of opportunities initiated by their work in space projects.
