External environmental effects - pre-information notice
The European Commission's Environment DG has given prior notification of a call for tenders for a study on external environmental effects related to the life cycle of products and services. The contract is being awarded in the context of the development of a European Community integrated product policy. The study should provide an overview of external environmental effects, both in terms of quantified physical impacts and monetisation. The budget is set at a maximum of 135,000 euro.
