Call for tenders for support to FP6 proposal submission and evaluation
The European Commission has issued a call for tenders related to a service provider for the 'development and provision of services in support of the submission and evaluation of proposals within the Sixth Framework programme of the European Community for research, technological development (RTD) and demonstration (FP6). The procurement relates to facilities and tools for the preparation, reception and peer review of proposals (mainly multi-partner) under FP6, and will be in two lots: Lot 1: The development and operation of an electrical proposals submission system (EPSS) and related tasks (estimated budget 5 million euro).
