Commission requests study on aircraft noise
The European Commission's Energy and Transport DG has issued a call for tenders for a study on current and future aircraft noise exposure at and around Community airports. The study is required in order to determine the current aircraft noise climate in the European Community and to make an assessment of present and future action to limit or reduce the noise from aviation.
