Trend chart on innovation - notice of call for tenders
The European Commission's Enterprise DG has published a prior information notice of a call for tenders relating to the European trend chart on innovation. The 'Trend chart on innovation in Europe' is a European platform for the identification and exchange of good practices in innovation policy. Services to be provided under this call relate to the ongoing collection and analysis of policy information from a wide range of countries; the compilation of the European Innovation Scoreboard and the organisation of transnational learning processes among policy makers. There are four lots foreseen. Tenderers cannot bid for parts of a lot. Tenderers may submit an offer for any lot, but lot 4 will not be awarded to a tenderer already awarded for one of the other lots in view to guarantee lot 4 independence in monitoring the activities of the first three lots. The indicative global annual budget for the four lots is 1.5 million euro. A possible repartition of this budget between the lots is given in the text of the notice.
