Belgian federal government launches third return and reintegration grant initiative
The Belgian federal scientific policy office has launched its third return and reintegration grant, which aims at encouraging Belgian researchers to return from overseas to continue their career in Belgium. With a view to promoting the European Research Area (ERA), it is hoped that the 24 month period grant will allow highly qualified researchers, currently working in centres abroad, to reintegrate into Belgian research centres after their period of mobility. Researchers who have spent at least two years outside the European Union or four years in another EU country are eligible to apply.
