Porto to host CICTA 2003 congress on environmental contamination and toxicology
The fifth Iberian and second Iberoamerican congress on environmental contamination and toxicology will take place from 22 to 24 September in Porto, Portugal. The main aim of the CICTA 2003 congress is to look at environmental problems from an Iberoamerican perspective. Topics ranging from environmental contamination and biodiversity to environmental risk assessment will discussed during a number of plenary sessions and themed presentations. Scientists from different regions and working in different research areas will make presentations at the event, which it is expected to be a opportune moment to form new contacts and revive existing ones. The event is being organised by the society of environmental contamination and toxicology (SICTA).
