Government of Poland: Development centre for rural telecommunications
The Polish Government issues an invitation to tender for a project financed by the European Community to create a development centre to support local telecommunications initiatives in rural areas and to advise the Ministry of Communications on the elaboration of relevant strategies. Participation is open equally to natural and legal persons of the Member States of the EEC, Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia. Supported by the PHARE programme (PHR 91/060/3), the project will run over a period of 12 months with allocated funds amounting to ECU 600,000.The tender dossier may be obtained from Commission Offices in the Community and from: (a) Fundacja "Telefony Polskie", Al.
