Government of Poland: Development centre for rural telecommunications
The Polish Government issues an invitation to tender for a project financed by the European Community to create a development centre to support local telecommunications initiatives in rural areas and to advise the Ministry of Communications on the elaboration of relevant strategies. Participation is open equally to natural and legal persons of the Member States of the EEC, Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia.
