Government of Poland: Rural telecommunications systems
The Polish Government issues an invitation to tender for a project financed by the European Community to assess the techno-economic viability of new rural telecommunications systems. Three field demonstrations will be performed in selected Polish rural areas. Participation is open to natural and legal persons of the Member States of the EEC, Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia. Supported by the PHARE programme (PHR 91/060/4), the demonstrations will run over a period of 18 months with allocated funds amounting to ECU 4.85 million.The tender dossier may be obtained from Commission Offices in the Community and from: (a) Fundacja "Telefony Polskie", Al.
