The European Commission requests tenders from organizations to undertake a Community-wide professional executive search for European senior business executives to take part in the two Human resources Training Programmes (HRTP), Nos 16 and 17, organized by the EC-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation. The courses are to take place during January-March and August-November 1995. The EC-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation is a common venture between the European Union and Japan established in 1987 (confirmed by Council Decision 5/1992). Its objective is to contribute to industrial cooperation notably by organizing management-training programmes for senior European business executives. For each HRTP course, a shortlist of 25 suitable candidates and an additional 5 reserve candidates must be submitted to the Commission, DG III/A-2, at the latest four full months before the course starts. Tenders should include an option for contract extension with regard to recruitment for HRTP Nos 18 and 19. The deadline for completion of tasks is 30.9.1995 (option 1996).
