The call is divided into five lots as follows: - lot 1: Entrepreneurial innovation in the future Member States: challenges and issues at stake for the development of clusters of innovative firms (total envisaged budget: 300,000 euro); - lot 2: Transnational dimension in the monitoring/evaluation of innovation related programmes and agencies. Issues at stake towards good governance (total envisaged budget: 200,000 euro); - lot 3: Innovation and public procurement. Review of issues at stake (total envisaged budget: 160,000 euro) - lot 4: Patterns of organisational change in European industry: ways to strengthen the empirical basis of research and policy (total envisaged budget: 300,000 euro) - lot 5: Linkages between innovation and trade policies, and 'good practices' in spreading innovation globally through trade and foreign direct investment (total envisaged budget: 250,000 euro).
