Guidance service explains full scope of CORDIS
CORDIS, the European Commission's Research and Development Information Service, is providing a new Guidance interface to help explain the wide range of information available on its key services. The revamped service is designed to introduce newcomers to CORDIS and help existing users to better understand the full range of information available on the site. Available in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish, the Guidance interface offers an overview of the CORDIS services on the Sixth Framework Programme and the European Research Area, as well as news, innovation policy and the Technology Marketplace. The pages highlight the best ways to be informed regularly of the latest CORDIS developments - CORDIS Express and What's New - and offer access to a comprehensive search facility. In the 'Useful links' section, users will find links to a host of EU institutions, Member State ministries and international organisations operating in the field of research and innovation. Finally, the Guidance service presents various CORDIS brochures and other promotional materials, which can be downloaded or sent to the user by post.
