RTD programme in the field of information technology 1990-1994
An Amendment was submitted by the Commission on 14 December 1990 (COM (90) 679) to the proposal for a Council Decision (published in OJ No C 174 of 16.7.1990) concerning a specific programme of RTD in the field of information technology. The document lists textual amendments (mainly additions) made to the recitals, articles and annexes. Inter alia these relate to cooperation with EFTA countries, international RTD agreements, increasing the skill levels of researchers and engineers, strategic actions in microelectronics, JESSI, EUREKA, new technologies for data management, speech interpretation, animated graphics, automatic inspection and interpretation, sensory devices, heterogeneous software components and multimedia systems, PHARE, and selection of project proposals.
