Operation of the Business Cooperation Network (BC-NET)
The Commission seeks advisers and intermediaries for operation of the BC-NET. The network's aim is to help businesses, particularly SMEs, to find partners at interregional, Community or extra-Community level. A present BC-NET consolidation phase comprises: Reinforcement of the network and expansion outside the Community; widening of its activity range (R&D, etc.); definition and implementation of a charging policy; development of members' data-processing and data-transmission facilities. Advisers are engaged in helping firms to identify cooperation opportunities. Intermediaries have a network of local advisers and provide consultancy services to the same end.Interested persons or bodies should return the form provided in the Official Journal to: BC-NET, attn.
