MEDEA+ announces call for proposals
MEDEA+, the industry driven pan-European programme for advanced cooperative research and development in microelectronics, has announced an open call for proposals. The main focus of the second phase of the MEDEA+ programme is on developing silicon solutions for complex chips on very advanced processes, with short time to market and generating higher margins. The call is open from 5 April until 17 May, and projects are expected to start from 1 January 2005 onwards.
