Call for proposals - combating cancer
The European Commission has published a thematic call in the area of 'combating major diseases' under the Sixth Framework Programme's 'life sciences, genomics and biotechnology for health' activity. This is one of the areas covered by the 'Integrating and strengthening the European Research Area' specific programme. The focus of the call is combating cancer, and relates to a feasibility study for the coordination of national cancer research activities. In specifying the instruments to be used in these areas, the call requests the use of coordination actions and specific support actions.
