The Commission's Research DG has published a call for tenders for companies interested in planning and managing events in the fields of research and technological development.

The Commission aims to find a company or companies able to assist it with planning and managing events (conferences, seminars, etc.) and with organising exhibitions and stands. This invitation to tender is divided into two lots.

Activities will primarily cover the 25 European Union Member States together with countries associated with the various programmes managed by the research Directorates-General and the Joint Research Centre and countries applying for EU membership; they may involve local measures, where appropriate, outside EU boundaries.For further information, please contact:
