IST impact assessment - call for tenders
The European Commission has published a call for tenders for an impact analysis of IST projects. The objective of the call is to establish a Framework Contract for Impact Analysis, which will allow the Information Society Directorate General to agree to a number of specific contracts corresponding to specific assignments. The objective of the Framework Contract for Impact Analysis is to allow the measurement and analysis of impacts of research and technological development (RTD) projects in information society technologies (IST) which are already completed, starting from the Fifth Framework Programme (FP5).
