Financing cogeneration and district heating
A European Workshop on financing cogeneration and district heating was held in May 1993 and the proceeding have just been published. Over 300 participants of the THERMIE programme attended the conference which dealt with new approaches to financing energy development in Eastern Europe. The proceedings include: - Contracting and third party financing; - Energy project economics; - Financing credit; - EC/Czech case studies.
