Network-centric operating systems - call for tenders
The European Commission's Information Society and Media DG has launched a call for tenders for a study on network-centric operating systems. The main objective of the study is to perform a technology watch and a critical analysis of research and market trends in the field of operating systems, exploring opportunities for Europe to develop a competitive position from an industrial perspective.
