Evaluation of the ERASMUS programme
Tenders are invited to provide technical support for an exercise in two parts within the framework of the evaluation procedure for the ERASMUS programme: To assess the extent of and factors affecting the programme's achievement of formal objectives; to identify European added-value objectives extending specific actions sponsored by the programme; to assess alternative strategies and instruments for achieving objectives, with assessment of financial and other implications; to recommend ways and means of further improving the programme as a whole and in its specific components. Phase I will review bodies managing and implementing ERASMUS. Phase II will focus on the efficacity of the programme design and a synthesis report will be produced. Only tenders able to cover all Member States and both evaluation phases may be accepted.Full information is available from: Commission of the European Communities Task Force Human Resources Education, Training and Youth Attn.
