Market research, public-opinion polling and related services
The Commission's Information Society and Media DG has published a call for tenders relating to market research, public-opinion polling and related services. The call is divided into two lots: - Lot 1 consists of the sixth annual measurement of the indicator 'Number of basic public services fully available online'. The eEurope initiative identifies 20 basic public services for citizens and business which should be available online, and provides a framework for assessing their degree of sophistication. Availability of these online services is measured by benchmarking the performance of the Member States through an annual survey, which is the subject of lot 1 of this call. - Lot 2 aims to go beyond the data provided by the survey of lot 1.
