Commission seeks input of young researchers on Europe's innovation performance
The Commission's Enterprise and Industry DG has issued a call to young researchers and Master-level students to provide additional analysis of Europe's innovation statistics as part of the European Innovation Scoreboard. The Commission would like to develop correlation analyses, understand new dimensions of innovation, identify links between economic and social indicators, and conduct time series analyses in order to increase its knowledge of innovation in Europe. Interested candidates are invited to contact the unit for Innovation Policy Development for further details, and in 2006 the three best papers will be published on the Trendchart website alongside the European Innovation Scoreboard.
