Fishery and aquaculture products: EAGGF assistance
Commission Regulation (EEC) No 650/91 of 18 March 1991 concerns applications for assistance in the form of operational programmes from the guidance section of the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund (EAGGF) in respect of investments for improving the processing and marketing conditions for fishery and aquaculture products. Such applications shall be submitted in duplicate and shall contain the information and documents fully specified in the Annexes to the Regulation. Applications not meeting these conditions will not be considered. The Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal (i.e. on 22 March 1991).
