Call for tenders: development and promotion of electronic benchlearning
The European Commission's Directorate General for Information Society has launched a call for proposals for the supply of services for further development, reinforcement and promotion of benchlearning. The objective of this tender is to provide a framework contract for benchlearning. This framework contract will subsequently allow contracting a number of specific contracts corresponding to specific assignments. The first one planned is for e-government benchlearning. The framework contract for benchlearning aims at the promotion and stimulation of benchlearning experiences and aligning these experiences with the EC work in benchmarking.
