A new form for the collection of research results from the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6) has been published on the Technology Implementation Plan web pages on CORDIS. The form has been designed to make it easier for FP6 project coordinators to publish and submit their results to the European Commission. It fulfils part of the 'Plan for Use and Dissemination of Knowledge', which must be provided by all projects supported under FP6. In order to give projects and their research outcomes a high degree of visibility, results submitted via the FP6 results collection form will also be published on the CORDIS Technology Marketplace website once they have been approved by the European Commission. The FP6 results collection form can be downloaded in MS Word format from the Technology Implementation Plan website, which also provides a set of detailed guidelines to help project managers fill in the form. Once completed, the form should be returned by e-mail to the responsible project officer in the European Commission. In the medium term, the form is intended to bring a new system for the collection of results online, which will further enhance the efficiency of the collection process while also making it even easier for research results to be published on the CORDIS website. Until the new system becomes available, using the current form will ensure that results are not only submitted correctly, but also disseminated to a wide international audience.
