- Proposals to adopt the specific programmes on:

. Communications technologies. The specific programme on telematics applications of general interest may also be discussed.
- Rules of participation for enterprises, research centres and universities in the Community's specific programmes on research, technological development and demonstration: proposal for a Decision.

- Rules of participation for enterprises, research centres and universities in the EAEC specific programmes on research and education: proposal for a Decision.

- Rules for dissemination of research results of Community specific programmes on research, technological development and demonstration: proposal for a Decision.

- Scientific and technical cooperation agreement with Israel: Negotiating Directives.
