Tender: strengthening the IPR enforcement of EU industry and SMEs
The European Commission's Directorate-General for Enterprise and Industry has released a call for tenders for a best practice project on strengthening the intellectual property rights (IPR) enforcement of EU industry and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), to include workshops on best practices of support measures by Member States and the private sector. The project will cover the identification and exchange of best practices by Member States and the private sector in the area of support measures for IP (intellectual property) enforcement, especially outside the EU, involving the networking of Member States, industry associations, chambers of commerce, and possibly including participation by US and Japanese industry and governments.
