Impact of Community RTD support frameworks in Ireland, Greece, Portugal
Tenders are invited to assess the effect of Community support frameworks on the research and development sectors in Ireland, Greece and Portugal. This entails the definition of qualitative and quantitative indicators and analysis of change over the last ten years.
