Governing regional innovation strategies: call for tenders
The European Commission's Regional Policy DG has published a call for tenders for a study on governance methods for regional innovation strategies. The focus of the study will be the governance of regional innovation strategies, financed in their totality or partly by the structural funds. The study will demonstrate the different concepts and approaches to regional innovation governance, and their strengths and weaknesses in the given political, institutional and socio-economic context.
